In order to provide the highest level of service at the least cost to our customers, payment is due at the time of your order. All balances not paid within 30 days of invoicing will be subject to a finance charge of 1.5% per month. The buyer by receipt of these goods and services acknowledges disclosure of and agrees with this finance charge for purposes of the law of the buyer’s state. To avoid an additional finance charge, the buyer at any time may pay the total unpaid balances or any part thereof.

IF YOU PAY BY CHECK AND IT IS RETURNED BY THE BANK UNPAID, YOU SHALL BE CHARGED $20.00 EACH

Stepping Stone Genetics makes no warranties of any kind, expressed or implied which extend beyond the description of its products and hereby disclaims all warranties or merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. In the unlikely event that any of our products shall prove to be defective, damages from their use shall be limited to their value.
